Shipping: We offer mail-in service to all residents in the US. To request mail-in service, please contact us using the information on the “Contact Us” page of this website. Please be ready to describe your issue when you speak with us so we can provide an estimate. Cost is determined based on parts required and the complexity of the repair. Estimates are free of charge, and the actual cost will never go over the estimate given.  Please also review the terms and conditions in our service contract before requesting a mail-in repair. You will be asked to sign and email us a copy of the form before any repairs can be started. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with a ticket number which you can use to track the status of your repair through our online tracking system. There, you will be able to see when we  receive your unit,  repair status updates throughout its time with us, and when we ship the repaired product back to you. Shipping to us must be paid by the client, but we can send you a label to save you time. Fast 2-day return shipping is free with any repair. Payment for mail-in repairs can be made through PayPal, mailing a check, or over the phone via credit/debit cards. Cash is not accepted for any Beaches Technology Repair service. Also, mail-in service is only available for laptop computers due to the high shipping cost for desktops. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. 

House Call: Beaches Technology Repair offers house-call services to residents within 25 miles of our location. To request house-call service, please click “Schedule House Call” on the menu bar above. On the subsequent page, you may choose a date and time that works best with you. House calls are booked with a standard two-hour time limit, but we will always stay till your issue is resolved. We service both laptops and desktops in home, including Apple iMacs and custom PC desktops. House calls are charged a flat $45/hour. We do not charge any service fees. In some cases, we may need to make multiple visits to your home to resolve the issue depending on parts required. We do not assess any additional fees for repeated trips, however the time it takes us to retrieve parts for your repair will be counted into the number of hours we spent on your repair. Payment for house calls can be made via check, Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or PayPal. Cash is not accepted for any Beaches Technology Repair Service. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Pickup / Drop-off: We now offer contactless pickup and drop-off service due to the COVID-19 virus. Pickup/Drop-off services are available to all residents eligible for house-call service. There is no charge associated with this type of repair. To request pickup/drop-off service, please use the “Schedule House Call” button above, and then choose the pickup option. Both laptops and desktops are accepted for pickup/drop-off repair. Please leave the device to be repaired on your doorstep for pickup. A 15-minute window will be given to you when scheduling is complete. Once your device has reached our lab, a technician will call you to discuss the issue and provide an estimate. Cost is based on parts required and complexity of the repair. Tracking is also available for pickup/drop-off repairs. We will return your device to you once the repair is complete. Payment can be made on drop-off or over-the-phone via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Paypal.
