Turnaround times depend largely on the repair needed. For simple things such as battery replacements and hard drive replacements, we have it done on the same day in many cases. For board-level repairs, it may take up to 3 weeks. Feel free to contact us for an estimate.

What are current turnaround times?
Do you service both Windows and Macintosh computers? Laptops and Desktops?
Yes! We service all makes and models of computers. We are a full-service ready to help with anything. Only laptops are accepted for mail-in service however.
Where and when do you offer house call service?
We offer house call services in Blacksburg, Virginia and the Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra, Florida areas. Only one area is serviced at a time, which is shown on our website under “Schedule House Call”. We offer mail-in service throughout the United States if we’re not in your area at the moment.
Does Beaches Tech service phones?
Yes, but only software repairs, screen repairs and battery replacements. Also phone service is limited to iPhones only.
Does Beaches Tech repair household appliances such as refrigerators?
No.
Are board-level repairs offered for computers?
Yes! We pride ourselves on offering board-level repairs for both Windows PCs and Macs. We save customers thousands a year on new logic boards through our board-level repair programs.
Note: Board-level repairs usually take between two and three weeks.
I cannot afford the typical rate shown for a repair. Does Beaches Tech offer promotions at times?
Our prices are some of the lowest in the industry, and we are always working to accommodate even the tightest of budgets. Please give us a call so we can work with you directly on this matter.
How can I track the status of an existing repair request?
Please use the “Order Status” button in out website menu bar. Simply type in your order number, and its status will appear.
